Welcome to Illuminate Healing Studio. My name is Becky Nakashima Brooke and my hope is to provide a safe, quiet space (in person or online) for you to relax, learn, and to heal.
You are an innate healer and by cultivating a quiet, calm space you can begin to connect to your body, mind, and spirit.
For years I have been passionate about learning and mastering various modalities to help others see their body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Thai Bodywork
Thai Bodywork is an ancient healing art that involves stretching, acupressure, energy work, and trigger points to benefit the client. Through compression and contraction the client becomes more flexible, has better energy flow, release of stress, and a feeling of contentment. All sessions are done with the client resting on an infrared heating pad with natural jade and tourmaline stones.
Reiki & Sound Healing
Reiki is a Japanese holistic healing technique used to balance your energy and mind. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, which makes them a wonderful conductor of sound vibration. Sound healing has been used throughout history to assist in harmonizing your emotional wellbeing. All sessions are done with the client resting on an infrared heating pad with natural jade and tourmaline stones.
Yoga
Yoga benefits the body, mind, and spirit. Through practices of Yin Yoga and Yang Yoga you will learn to strengthen, stretch, as well as build the mind body connection through meditation.
