End of Life Doula
As a My mission is to offer non-medical support in your sacred journey. The heart of my mission is to offer compassionate care and guidance, allowing your distinct life to radiate. Empowering you in your end-of-life wishes as well as offering ways to bring relief to you and your caregivers during this important time.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese holistic healing technique used to balance your energy and mind. All sessions are done with the client resting on an infrared heating pad with natural jade and tourmaline stones. Session includes a hand and foot massage at the end of the session.
Thai Bodywork
Thai Bodywork is an ancient healing art that involves stretching, acupressure, energy work, and trigger points to benefit the client. Through compression and contraction the client becomes more flexible, has better energy flow, release of stress, and a feeling of contentment. All sessions are done with the client resting on an infrared heating pad with natural jade and tourmaline stones.
Therapeutic Sound
Our bodies are made up of about 70% water, which makes them a wonderful conductor of sound vibration. Therapeutic sound has been used throughout history to assist in harmonizing your emotional wellbeing. All sessions are done with the client resting on an infrared heating pad with natural jade and tourmaline stones. includes a hand and foot massage at the end of the session.
Relax|Nourish|Sound
Relax in meditation while nourishing your body with yin yoga poses for 60 minutes. It will be followed by 30 minutes of therapeutic sound.
Mats and props are provided. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to make yourself comfortable.
Balance & Strength
Build balance and strength through yoga and Qigong for sixty minutes.

Pause|Center|Sound
Take time to pause and center yourself with Yoga Nidra followed by therapeutic sound. The perfect midweek reset.
