Registration is done through the Figge Art Museum; What to Expect:

Once a month you can spend an hour engaging in 3 types of meditative practice – movement, silence, and sound bath – after hours inside the figge art museum.  Each month we will use a different gallery in the museum

Movement Meditation (20 minutes) – qigong is an ancient discipline from China that uses breath and movement to direct chi through the body. Chi is the energy force that moves throughout the body.

Silent Meditation (20 minutes) – Enjoy the silence

Sound Bath (20 minutes) – gongs, bowls, drums, and other instruments will assist in harmonizing your emotional and physical self

Bring your own mat, but if you forget there are extras!  Registration is done through the Figge Art Museum
